Budtender position available at a new cannabis dispensary in the City of Moreno Valley. This position will require a commitment of 30 to 40 hours a week, unless other arrangements with management are made and will be dependent on business needs. Beginning hourly compensation will be $16 to $18 dollars an hour depending on experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

● Provide a 5 star experience for customers
● Greet and acknowledge customers promptly
● Maintain product knowledge to educate customers to assist them with their purchase
● Being diligent when processing transactions and following company sales procedures
● Restock the sales floor and any empty pegs to ensure the store looks full and inviting
● Assist with housekeeping duties
● Assist with compliance audit counts
● Follow cash management procedures
● Maintain cash drawer to company standards
● Provide feedback to management on any sales, promotions, and product performance
● Support team members with sales and customer service
● Maintain professionalism with employees and management at all times

Qualifications

● Must be 21 years of age or older
● Minimum of two years experience as a budtender
● Must have Full-Time/Part-Time Availability, including weekends and holidays
● Must possess a valid driver’s license
● Must have reliable transportation
● Knowledge of cannabis, the different products, and terminology
● Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
